Mt. Edgecumbe High School and Sitka High School students lead the sixth annual Choose Respect March Thursday on  Lincoln Street. The Sitka Youth Leadership Committee and Sitkans Against Family Violence organized the march to show support for ending domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse in Alaska. covering the property located in the Sitka Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska, described by a metes and bounds description which has been replatted to be described as follows:
Lot Five (5), SAWMILL COVE INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION No. 1, according to Plat No. 2006-8, Sitka Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska
hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligations for which such Deed of Trust is security has occurred, consisting of the failure of the above-named Trustor to satisfy a certain indebtedness, the payment of which is secured by said Deed of Trust. The amount due and owing by Trustor to Beneficiary is principal in the amount of $85,794.20, plus escrow advances (if any), plus accrued interest through July 31, 2012, of $66,116.28 plus interest thereafter at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from July 31, 2012, through the date of sale, plus delinquent taxes due and owing on the property, if any.
Trustee hereby elects to sell the real property for cash to satisfy all indebtedness, together with any interest and all necessary costs and expenses.
The default has arisen by failure to make payment required by the Deed of Trust. The default may be cured and the foreclosure sale terminated if payment of the sum in default, plus accrued interest and attorney and other foreclosure fees and costs actually incurred by Beneficiary and Trustee due to the default is made at any time before the sale date stated, below.
Sale shall be held at public auction inside the main front door of the Sitka State Court Building, 304 Lake St., Sitka, Alaska, on December 5, 2012, at 10 a.m.
