HOLIDAY BRASS – Jeff Luke, of the Utah Symphony, plays an encore with fellow Holiday Brass Concert musicians Thursday at the Performing Arts Center. The 11th annual concert featured more than a dozen professional musicians from all over the country playing classical, modern and seasonal favorites for a full house audience. Two former students of concert founder Roger Schmidt, George Jones, who is studying at Oberlin Conservatory, and Ross Venneberg, who is studying at the Manhattan School of Music, played in this year’s concert.
