The following calls were received by Sitka police by 8 a.m. today:
Oct. 20
A ring found on the Pioneers Home lawn was turned in to police.
Two keys found at the HPR construction project site were turned in.
At 1:22 p.m. a caller said two kids were sitting unattended in a vehicle. Officers found the vehicle empty, and talked to the vehicle owner’s daughter.
A caller said $187 in fuel was stolen out of a tank on Marine Street.
A resident said a neighbor had keyed her car on Lake Street.
Officers determined an erratic driver who stopped on the bridge wasn’t intoxicated, but warned her about impeding traffic.
ATV riders reported speeding on Indian River Road roadway were gone when police arrived.
A woman said her green Raleigh bike was stolen from Eliason Harbor.
At 11:29 p.m. police gave a disorderly conduct warning to people having a loud party on Verstovia Street.
Oct. 21
Police received a stalking order and a domestic violence order to serve.

Deanne Kubik, 59, was cited for failing to have a valid operator’s license, on Monday.
Katherine Howard, 29, was arrested on two counts of violating conditions of release for allegedly being late to her court-ordered portable breath test.
Emergency Calls
The Sitka Fire Department dispatched ambulances at 5:31 and 9:15 p.m. Monday.
