Event on Feb. 19
The Sitka Health Summit will hold a networking event noon-1:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at UAS-Sitka Campus.

Poetry Reading
Workshop on Tap
Poet, photographer and doula Anna Carson DeWitt is the writer-in-residence at the Island Institute.
DeWitt will lead a poetry writing workshop for all ages 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3. Participants should take a photo that they would like to base a poem on.
On Friday, Feb. 5, at 7 p.m., DeWitt and local poet Brooke Schafer will read from their works. Both events are at 304 Baranof Street, open to all ages, and by donation. More information is available at www.iialaska.org.
